Pianist Ľudovít Kotlar and guitarist Pavol Bereza have a truly rich career behind them and both are sought-after musicians. In addition to his own groups, the pianist is, for example, a member of the excellent world-music group SOLE, the big band Lukáš Oravec Orchestra or the Ludo Kuruc Band (and at the same time he is starting a career as a pop singer). Guitarist Pavol Bereza has been around the variable lineups of Milo Suchomel, Erik Rothenstein, Adriena Bartošová and Sisa Michalidesova for many years. In the framework of the joint album "Personal Preferences", both focused on new compositions inspired by Nordic jazz. The duo of leaders invited drummer Dávid Juraj Raši, bassist Robert Vizvári and percussionist Matheus Jardim to the album.
